The booth map will look like the following picture, with your logo on one of the squares, for the participants to enter your booth by clicking on your logo.

Inside, your booth will be personalized with the following items:

2 – Your documentation à up to 4 PDF documents
3 – Your corporate/institutional presentation as an MP4 video (duration: 2 minutes maximum)
4 – Your discussion area: private written chat with participants
5 – A presentation of your side events as an MP4 video (for sponsors organizing such an event)

Optional: Videoconference application to meet virtually the participants at any time

An exhibitors’ technical guide will be sent to you once you confirm your booth reservation.
